Ashwood & Hawke may cancel/refund orders at anytime due to stock limitations, quality problems, inaccurate information from customers, fraud or risk analysis, or any other reason.
DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURN POLICY
All sales at are final at Ashwoodandhawke.com. All items are made in limited runs, hand-painted and hand-assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product. However, if your merchandise purchased on Ashwoodandhawke.com has a significant defect right out of the box, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item with photos, your name, your order number and what is damaged. Send information and images to orders@ashwoodandhawke.com. We will evaluate the photos and make a decision. If the damage qualifies for a refund, we'll be happy to refund or exchange it for a non-damaged item if one is available. ALL OTHER SALES AT ASHWOODANDHAWKE.COM ARE FINAL.
