SHIPPING POLICY

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days once it has been shipped. Please allow 1-3 additional business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

Rural addresses may require additional time for orders to arrive.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We offer UPS international shipping to Canada for most products. Ashwood & Hawke is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. At this time, we are only able to ship to the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada. Please CONTACT US to discuss and arrange shipping to additional countries.

Yes! We ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.
